The Fast Track service is available for all flights arriving at or departing from Tan Son Nhat International Airport (SGN) in Ho Chi Minh City, Noi Bai International Airport (HAN), Da Nang International Airport (DAD), Nha Trang International Airport (CXR), and Phu Quoc International Airport (PQC), ensuring a seamless travel experience for all passengers.

– Step 3: Confirmation of Service & Arrangement – Upon arrival, a friendly staff member holding a sign with your name will greet you, ensuring a seamless experience. You can skip immigration queues and make the most of your time in Vietnam with our Fast Track Service. To book this service, simply provide your flight number and preferred meeting time (for departure flights) on our website.

For arrivals, if your scheduled landing time changes, our representative will adjust their schedule to meet you upon arrival. For departures, if you anticipate being early or late to the airport, please contact our representative to adjust the meeting time.

Tipping is not required or expected, but if you receive exceptional service and wish to express your gratitude with a tip or gratuity, you may do so at your discretion.

Yes, we provide services for connections, which involve both arrival and departure from the same airport within 24 hours without leaving the airport. This service can include switching between domestic and international terminals, re-checking in landside, or using airside transfer desks.

If you have received your booking confirmation, please email to [email protected] or the service provider as soon as possible to request changes. Please note that a percentage of the price paid may be charged for changes with less than 48 hours’ notice. Refer to our Terms and Conditions for more information. If you do not meet the airport representative or decide not to take a booked service, no refund or credit will be issued.

Each airport may have its own rules and regulations that can sometimes override the local provider’s operating procedures. Additionally, temporary security measures or alerts may impact parts of the standard VIP service. In such cases, these circumstances are beyond our control and may be considered force majeure.
