Your meeting point depends on the service you book and your flight itinerary. For arrival services, your coordinator may meet you before the passport control area or, for selected premium packages, at the aerobridge where available. For departure services, meeting is usually arranged at the check-in area or another agreed location. Your confirmation email will include the exact meeting instructions.
Our airport assistance service is separate from visa or immigration procedures. If your trip requires travel authorization or a visa, please make sure you have obtained the necessary documents before your journey. If you are eligible for Visa on Arrival and already have the required approval documents, we can assist you through the airport process where applicable.
Check-in assistance is available with selected departure packages. Our coordinator will guide you through the check-in process, but airline staff are responsible for issuing boarding passes and checking baggage according to airline policies.
Lounge access is not included unless specifically stated in your selected package. If you would like lounge access, we can recommend suitable options during your booking.
